Since the birth of society, us humans have tried to make a structure of power in which has it's own trusted leader, and every single member of that structure are to obey it's trusted leader. Then, we tried to set boundaries on which are acceptable for the society and which are not, commonly known as rules, or regulations, etc. As we built larger society, more rules are created, some might say it is for the common purpose, some might say it is for a better cause, others might say it is created for our comfort. That kind of thinking lead to the birth of the word 'normal'.
Most of us would not think that the word 'normal' is weird since it is such a common phenomenon on modern society. Well, that is not wrong since 'normal' in today's terms are used to gain equal satisfaction for everyone so we can maintain order. At least, that was the purpose, but in reality we used normal to change other people's behaviour that are not in our liking, we used it as a tool to control other people around us, especially the ones that are different than what society wants. With that, ladies and gentlemen comes the death of our own unique identity or differentiation, critical thinking are considered rebellion, and it started racism, rejects of society, self-denial, economical classes, etc. Just because they all were blinded by 'normal' and what society wants.
With that, let's face reality, if we didn't demand people to be what we want them to be, would there really be racism? If we accepted people with their own uniqueness and indentity, would you see a kid crying in the corner of a room, just because his class or family or society bullied him because he is different? If, we accepted ourselves with it's own strength and weaknesses, would we consider a critic from others an insult, or would we consider it a suggestions even if it were brought up in a bad way?
Ladies and gentleman, us humans are imperfect, yes, that is true, but it is also true that we humans can improve. Think about this, since kindergarten, how many numbers have you memorised? how can you, somehow walk through great efforts, even though you were nothing but a single embrio? how can you, read this post without having to think about, how to read a?, or b?, or c?, or what is the shape of a?, you just read, didn't you? Those are proofs that we humans can improve and evolve to become better than we are at this very second. Then, a question is frequently asked, "It is not that simple, how can we improve ourselves if we don't know how?" Well, the answer is simple, start asking yourselves "Who am i?", "What do i want to do with my life?", and "How did i end up here?". Please bear in mind the answer can't be a name, a job (astronaut, doctor, etc.), a status (for example : a happy guy, a lonely person, a poor person, etc.), or a simple-minded answer (for example : i just sit here, i just read this, i just walk here, etc.).
Thank you for reading
